Had fun with the Lord Cockswain piece. It's basically fan art of Greg Broadmore. Great work over there. The other was messing with some new brushes and still trying to improve my work flow on the Cintiq. Awful English, but oh well.

I've been having fun using photo's to start these sketches. This is made up of three Google images of old ladies and Hillary Clinton's head. Not a political piece, just a perfect photo to use. I quickly throw them together then cut and carve, add a quick soft light layer for color (thanks for the tip Kekai) and then some opaques. Done. Anyway, some super quick lunchtime fun.

Ship expanded.

Just for fun. I always loved the transport ship from Empire. It's one of my all time fav designs. This beat up ship is transporting cargo containers. It uses electromagnetic fields to hold (and in some cases drag) them in place, and scaffolding for more expensive containers (the dragged ones might disappear from time to time).

Lord Cockswain Fanart WIP

Man, what's happening to me? Is the well dry. Am I left to simply work on fanart? This is Lord Cockswain, a character created by Greg Broadmore. He just shot up that big wormy bug thing with his ray rifle. I might expand the side, right now it almost looks like two things instead of one. Hopefully will finish soon.
